Me Mohamad Halik practices primarily in civil and commercial litigation. He completed his articling term at the Société de l’assurance automobile du Québec, where he represented the organization before the Court of Québec and the Administrative Tribunal of Québec.
He has pleaded nearly fifty cases and actively participated in drafting pleadings, preliminary motions, and trial plans. This experience has enabled him to develop a strong command of procedural rules, strategic thinking, and marked ease in the courtroom.
